Return Policy

It is quite rare for consumer to receive their products defective. But there are cases, in which circumstances are against us and we may not fulfil according to your expectations. Therefore, we provide you the option to return what you received if they are broken or mistakenly fabricated in order to further assure the growth of this trust. In that instance, we will send back you a new product.

If you are unhappy with the product for any reason, you can return it as long as it meets the following requirements:


-Items that are returned must be undamaged, in their original packaging, with all tags still attached, and not broken or altered.

-The product must be checked in front of the delivery man. If the delivery man leaves there is no opportunity for complaints.

-You only need to pay the delivery fee if you need to return any item.

-Delivery charges :

• Inside Dhaka City - 70 tk
• Others (Outside Dhaka) - 130 tk
